Environmental wellness promotes a peaceful existence in our environment and encourages us to live in harmony while taking care of it. This therefore contribute to our interaction with nature and personal surrounding. Spiritual wellness can be expressed through religion and it helps us develop a set of values that allows us seek meaning and purpose in life.

Financial wellness involves one learning and knowing how to manage their finances to fit into their expenses. Financial constraints at most times is the top stress causing factor amongst people. Someone having financial stabilities are at most times happy with life and satisfied compared to their counterparts.

Intellectual wellness is having an open mind when handling situations, embracing new ideas and continuing to expand your knowledge.

Occupational wellness enables one to achieve satisfaction and enrichment from their jobs. Social wellness gives us the ability to interact with other people and perform our roles in the society.
